Charged twice!

I got the latest update to this program and it didnt work. It would show the start screen and then close. I remembered that the last update required a re-sync that I hadnt done yet, no problem, Ill just uninstall and then redownload and sync.

I uninstalled the program, then redownloaded it. Normally, it gives you a warning that you already own it and asks if you want to download it for free. This time, it didnt ask, it just charged me again for an app that I already own. :(
